Implementation
A communication plan is presented at the conclusion of the front-end research.  The goals and objectives of the program are defined.  Tools, techniques and measurement criteria are identified.  The implementation process and the production cycle are begun.  Client involvement remains high.  It is critical in our formula that feedback and active client participation continues.

Evaluation
As important as the planning and execution of a program is establishing the results.  Measuring what has occurred and utilizing that information to improve the process for future success is critical.
